¶ What it is
In the process of leveling the heat bed, and homing, if the tool head has not received any data for a certain period of time, it is considered that the communication is broken, possibly the type-C cable of the tool head is loose. This error will affect the homing function, which in turn affects normal printing.
¶ Solution
First, turn the printer off, then loosen the four screws fix the type-C cable, reinsert the type-C cable, and lock it with the screws again, restart the printer, click "Home" on the screen, and observe whether it is successful. If the tool head successfully homes, the problem is resolved. If the problem persists, please submit the ticket to contact the support team
