¶ When to use
Sometimes AMS lite spool claw may produce squeaking noise.
¶ Tools and materials needed
- Spool claw
- Flat tweezers
- Cotton swab
- Lubricant grease

¶ Disassembly the rotary spool holder
- Use flat tweezers to pry the claw out from the spool holder.

Note：When removing the claw, avoid this part from slipping out.
- Remove the other 2 claws using the same method.
- Note the position of the bottom cover clip. Rotate the bottom cover to the left and remove it.

- Push out the inner spool.
 |

- Remove the top cover.
- Remove the spring assembly.
 |

¶ Apply the grease
- Apply grease with a cotton swab.
- Apply to the top inner circle.
- Apply to the top outer circle.
- Apply the grease on both ends.

¶ Install the claws
- Install the spring assembly.
- Install the spring with the short side on the plastic clip, and tension the spring and slide it in the top clip.

Note the spring position。If the spring is not correctly replaced, the automatic spool rollback cannot be performed and this could generate overload errors.
- Close the top cover.
- Install the outer cover.
- Install the bottom cover and rotate right to secure clip.

- Install the 3 claws by simply pressing them in.
