If you use the official pen fixture provided, the pen diameter range that can be clamped is 10.5mm-12.5mm.
There are also fixture models available for printing on Makerworld. It is available in two sizes. They can clamp the pen in the diameter range of 9mm-10.5mm and 12.5mm-14mm.

It is recommended that you choose a cylindrical pen holder, as non-circular pen holders may not be supported. The diameter of the pen holder should be as uniform as possible. Pen holder shapes similar to those shown in the following image may not be supported.
