Smoke purifiers typically adopt a three-stage filtration structure: Primary Filter (G series, Gross/Coarse Filters), Medium Efficient Filter (F series, Fine Filters), and High Efficient Filter (H series, High Efficiency/HEPA Filters). The higher the number following each series, the greater the particle retention capacity and filtration efficiency.
The Primary Filter serves as the first line of defense, mainly capturing large dust particles, hair, and other debris. The Medium Efficient Filter effectively removes fine dust, pollen, and smaller particulates. The High Efficient Filter is designed to eliminate ultra-fine particles such as bacteria, PM2.5, and PM1. It often integrates an activated carbon layer to absorb odors and harmful gases, further enhancing air purification performance.
1. Primary Filter (Recommended replacement: every 7–15 days)
Replace the Primary Filter when more than 70% of its surface is covered with dust and it can no longer be cleaned effectively.
2. Medium Efficient Particulate Filter (Recommended replacement: every 2–3 months)
Clean or replace the medium efficient Filter when visible dust accumulation starts affecting suction power. If cleaning is ineffective, replace it immediately.
3. High Efficient Particulate Filter (Recommended replacement: every 3–6 months)
Replace the HEPA Filter when it can no longer effectively eliminate smoke odors.
Before carrying out any maintenance work on the smoke purifier, please turn off the power supply and disconnect the power connection to avoid accidental touching or circuit short-circuiting, which may cause additional damage to electronic devices and pose safety hazards.
For any concerns or questions about following this guide, open a new ticket in our Support Page and we will do our best to respond promptly and provide the assistance you need.
Open the latches on both sides of the top cover of the smoke purifier and remove the top cover.
Replace and install the filter elements in the order as shown in the following figure.
Please note that the F8 filter and H13 filter are not included in the package as spares, and must be purchased
separately.
After replacing the filter element, install the top cover and secure it by locking the two side latches.
