¶ Maintenance Frequency
If you frequently use the printer, it is recommended to clean and maintain the X-axis monthly and the Y-axis at least every three months.

- lubricating oil
- microfiber cloth
- alcohol

¶ Cleaning and Lubricating the X-Axis Linear Rail
Use a microfiber cloth to wipe the X-axis linear rail. The belt can also be cleaned at the same time.

Then, move the toolhead to the other side to expose the hidden section of the linear rail and perform the same cleaning operation.

Once the dust and debris on the X-axis linear rail surface are completely cleaned, apply lubricating oil to the rail. Ensure that both the top and bottom sides of the rail are coated with lubricating oil.

After applying the lubricating oil, move the toolhead left and right to evenly distribute the oil on the linear rail.
¶ Cleaning and Lubricating the Y-Axis Linear Rod
Use a microfiber cloth sprayed with alcohol to wipe the Y-axis linear rod, then move the toolhead to clean the hidden section of the rod.

After thoroughly cleaning the linear rod, apply lubricating oil to the rod and move the tool head back and forth to evenly distribute the oil for thorough lubrication.

Next, use the same method to clean the other Y-axis linear rod.
