¶ Operation Steps
¶ Step 1: Lower the heatbed, unload filament, and power off
- Place back the three foam pads under the heatbed.
- On the screen, lower the heatbed until it presses firmly against the foam pads.
- On the screen, tap Unload Filament, roll the filament back to the spool, and remove the spool.
- Power off the printer, then unplug the power cable and remove the safety key.

¶ Step 2: Remove PTFE Tubes and External Spool Holders
- Remove the two PTFE tubes connected to the spool holders.

- Push upward to remove the two spool holders.
¶ Step 3: Secure the Heatbed and Toolhead
- Put back the foam pads beside cable chain and above the air filter, and pull the toolhead and cable chain to press against the foam.

- At the indicated positions, tighten the zip ties to secure the X-axis with the rear frame, and the cable chain.
Note: Avoid tying the belts.

- Put back the two threaded rod foam pads.
 |
 |
- Apply protective tape at the indicated positions to prevent scratches during screw tightening.
- Tighten the two heatbed fixed screws near the front door.
 |

- Put back the rear heatbed fixture and tighten the two screws.
 |

¶ Step 4: Repack Accessories and the Printer
- Place back the foam support and the power cable box, and secure them with zip ties.
 |

- Wrap the top cover with the cardboard cover and place it on top of the printer. Use tape to secure both sides.
 |
 |
- Use tape to secure the front door.
 |
 |
- Cover the four corners of the bottom carton with the moisture-proof bag. Then, two people lift and place the printer into the bottom box.
 |

- Pull up the moisture-proof bag to fully cover the printer and seal the top with tape.
 |
 |
- Place air cushions around the printer.
- Reinsert the cardboard and foam packaging, ensuring proper positioning.
 |

- Place back the top foam, accessories box, and Quick Start Guide.
- Slide on the outer carton and make sure the four bottom holes are aligned.

- Insert the four box clip fasteners and lock them in place.
 |
