When the nozzle is not installed, the hotend heating assembly can still be independently heated and maintain high temperatures, posing a potential safety risk.
The device automatically detects whether the user has installed the nozzle when the hotend heating assembly is active. If the nozzle is not installed, this protection mechanism is triggered, and the hotend heating assembly is automatically shut down.
¶ Solutions
Users may adjust the order of these solutions as needed.
¶ Step 1. Install the Left Extruder Hotend

During installation, ensure that the protrusion on the hotend is embedded into the groove on the hotend heater base.

Once correctly embedded, you should feel a strong suction force, and the hotend will not wobble.

Secure the latch. Observe that the latch is roughly parallel to the hotend in the vertical direction.

Install the silicone sock for hotend.

¶ Step 2. Dismiss the alarm pop-up
You can choose any of the following methods:

Restart the printer.
