When the right extruder is performing homing, leveling, or Z offset calibration, an error is triggered if the extrusion force sensor detects a signal with excessively low frequency. In this case, the heatbed will descend a short distance, then automatically cancel the task and display an error message.
Possible causes of the issue include:
Hotend not installed: The hotend is not correctly installed, preventing the sensor from detecting a valid signal.
Right extruder and hotend not properly installed: Improper installation of the hotend results in excessive distance between the hotend heatsink and the sensor, affecting signal detection.
Severe deformation of hotend heatsink: Deformation of the heatsink may cause abnormal sensor signal detection.

If the hotend is not installed, reinstall it.
If the hotend is installed, ensure the following:
The hotend nozzle fits snugly against the hotend heater.
The locking clip is securely fastened to prevent the hotend from loosening.
Tips: How to properly install the hotend?
1 - Slot on the hotend heater base
2 - Protrusion on the hotend
When correctly embedded, a strong adhesive force should be felt, and the hotend should not wobble.
Secure the locking clip. Observe that the clip is roughly parallel to the vertical direction of the hotend.
1 - Slot on the hotend heater base
2 - Clip parallel to the vertical direction of the hotend
After pressing the cutter to cut the filament, remove the hotend and inspect whether the heatsink has deformed downward (it should normally remain horizontal or slightly upward-curved).
If there is no obvious deformation, reinstall the nozzle according to the instructions and click the "Homing" button on the screen to observe if homing proceeds normally.
If a third-party hotend is used, it may also cause this issue.
Click the screen to re-initiate the homing process. If the HMS does not repeat, the troubleshooting is successful.
If the above solutions do not resolve the issue, submit a ticket and upload the printer’s log files.
