The assist motor is used in AMS, AMS2-Pro, and AMS-HT. At its end is an extruder wheel that drives the filament. It feeds or retracts filament during material changes and helps during printing. When the device detects excessive resistance in the assist motor, this alarm will pop up and automatically retry.
This error indicates: The assist motor encounters resistance during loading/unloading, preventing it from continuing to push the filament. At this time, the filament is being driven into the PTFE tube between the AMS and the printer.
