The assist motor feeds or retracts filament during material changes and helps during printing. When the device detects excessive resistance in the assist motor, this alarm will pop up and automatically retry.
This error indicates: The assist motor encounters excessive resistance during feeding, preventing it from continuing to push the filament. The point of high resistance is located in the PTFE tube between the AMS and the Filament Buffer.
