¶ Fault Description
The assist motor feeds or retracts filament during material changes and helps during printing. When the device detects excessive resistance in the assist motor, this alarm will pop up and automatically retry.
This error indicates: The assist motor encounters excessive resistance during feeding, preventing it from continuing to push the filament. The point of high resistance is located in the PTFE tube between the Filament Buffer and Toolhead.

PTFE Tube High Resistance
- Check the tube placement
- The entire path from AMS to printer should be as short and straight as possible
- Avoid using excessively long tubes
- Avoid sharp bends and kinks in the tube path

Filament Spool Rotation Resistance
- Manually rotate the spool to check if it turns smoothly
- Avoid spool tilting

Filament Tangling
- Check if the filament is tangled or knotted
- Organize the spool

Other Causes
- Click retry feeding and observe the filament position when it stops and retracts during loading/unloading
- This position is where the resistance is too high - observe if there are any abnormalities causing high resistance
