¶ Fault Description
When the AMS is retracting filament, it needs to rotate the spool to wind the filament back into the spool. If the spool rotation is abnormal during retraction, the spool does not rotate, and the filament is not completely retracted back into the spool, this alarm will be triggered.

¶ Possible Causes and Troubleshooting Methods

Spool tilt: The spool is not in contact with the active retraction shaft, preventing normal rotation and filament retraction.

Abnormal active retraction shaft engagement: The active retraction shaft is not rotating, preventing normal spool rotation and filament retraction.

Passive retraction shaft not properly installed: The spool cannot rotate normally to retract the filament.

Spool width too large
Excessive spool width causes high rotation resistance, preventing normal filament retraction. It is recommended to replace with a Bambu spool. -
Excessive assist motor retraction resistance
The filament may be stuck in the buffer, causing excessive retraction resistance. The assist motor cannot pull out the filament, and the spool cannot rotate normally.
