¶ Issue Description
The AMS 2 Pro is equipped with a humidity sensor to monitor the internal humidity level. When the AMS detects that the humidity sensor is offline, this error is reported. It is necessary to disassemble the AMS to check if the humidity sensor connector is loose or improperly connected. The position of the humidity sensor in the AMS 2 Pro is shown in the figure below:

¶ Fault Isolation Process
Refer to the AMS 2 Pro disassembly video, loosen the two screws securing the AMS main frame, and lift the main frame of the AMS 2 Pro.
- Check whether the connector between the humidity sensor and the AMS mainboard is loose, and inspect the pins of the connector for damage. If the pins are not bent or damaged, reconnect the cable securely and retry.

If the error persists after reconnecting the cable, the sensor itself may be faulty, requiring the replacement of the AMS main frame (the humidity sensor is glued to the AMS main frame).

If the issue persists after replacing the humidity sensor, the corresponding interface on the AMS mainboard may be damaged, necessitating the replacement of the AMS mainboard.
