¶ Fault Location and Resolution Process
- Check if the Live View Camera image is normal, and ensure that the camera privacy cover does not block the lens.
- Check if the Live View Camera is dirty; if there is dirt, wipe the lens.
- Check if the cutting platform on the heatbed has been removed and if the magnetic sheet markers are exposed.
- Check the Live View Camera image to see if there is obvious reflection. If there is reflection, block the right side or front door to prevent ambient light from interfering with the calibration process.
- Repeat the calibration several times. If the problem persists, it is recommended to update the firmware to the latest version and try again. If calibration still fails after multiple attempts, please contact customer support for assistance.
