The printer fails to obtain an image from the live camera within a certain time frame, causing the AI detection functions related to the live camera to be temporarily disabled.

¶ Fault Location and Resolution Process

First, play the liveview on Bambu Handy and Bambu Studio. If you can watch the liveview normally, it indicates that there might be an issue with the software link. Try restarting the printer to resolve the problem.

If you cannot watch the liveview normally, it could be a hardware issue with the camera. Please refer to this wiki to check the connection of the live camera.
