Lower the heated bed and inspect the area around the printer's nozzle for signs of hotend clumping. If clumping is confirmed, follow the guidance in this wiki article to clean the hotend.

If no hotend clumping is observed but the HMS alert persists, it may be a false detection caused by a dirty camera or material sticking to the hotend. Clean the nozzle camera and hotend before resuming printing. For false detections, you can temporarily ignore this HMS alert. The detection algorithm is continuously being improved to enhance accuracy.
