The toolhead enhanced cooling fan is installed at the front of the toolhead extruder, with its connector plugged into the socket located at the upper rear side of the toolhead.
This error occurs when the fan is installed at the front of the toolhead, but its connector is not properly inserted into the toolhead socket.
¶ Troubleshooting
¶ Step 1. Check if the fan connector is properly inserted
Observe whether the enhanced cooling fan connector is correctly plugged into the socket located at the upper rear side of the toolhead.
¶ Step 2. Check for cable damage
Inspect the enhanced cooling fan cable for any signs of damage.
¶ Step 3. Check internal connection of the fan
Unscrew the four screws on the surface, then remove the inner cover of the enhanced cooling fan, and check whether the fan cable pin is securely connected to the terminal on the board, ensuring there is no looseness.
¶ Step 4. Contact support if no issues are found
If no issues are found during the above checks, the problem may be caused by a hardware fault in the fan control board. Please contact customer service to replace the enhanced cooling fan.
