¶ Operating Steps
¶ 1. Remove AMS 2 Pro
As shown in the figure below, remove the material tube and 6PIN cable from the back of AMS and the build plate.
Hold the black ring at the material inlet to remove the material tube.
Remove the 6PIN cable from the back of the printer; you can pull out the cable by pressing the unlocking buckle.
Hold the black silicone above the material tube, pull out the material tube, and finally remove the 6PIN cable on AMS.
Remove AMS from the top of the printer.
¶ 2. Remove the External Spool Holder
If you have installed an external spool holder, you can remove it by simply holding the entire external bracket and pushing upward.
¶ 3. Fix the Printer Heatbed
Raise the heatbed appropriately and place the foam at the bottom of the heatbed.
After completion, click to lower the heatbed on the printer screen.
As shown in the figure below, the heatbed needs to be pressed into the bottom foam. When it is close to the bottom, it is necessary to lower it by 1mm each time to prevent the printer from colliding with the bottom.
After completion, turn off the printer power, remove the safety key and power cable.
Next, install the fixing block and foam at the tail of the heatbed, and lock the 4 screws.

¶ 4. Install the In-Cabin Foam and Fix the Toolhead Assembly
Install the foam on the top of the lead screws on both sides and the foam above the air filter.

Install the lead screw protection foam at the tail.
Install foam to fix the cable chain.
Install cable ties on both sides of the toolhead to fix the toolhead and prevent it from moving left and right.

¶ 5. Fix AMS 2 Pro
Put in the AMS fixing bracket and lock the four screws.
Insert AMS. Note that if you have the laser version, you need to put items such as the smoke exhaust pipe, adapter, and air pipe into AMS. For details, you can refer to H2S Packaging List.

Install the foam at the rear of AMS to prevent shaking during transportation.

Install the two AMS fixing brackets on the left and right of the top.

¶ 6. Put into the Accessory Box (Non-laser versions can skip this step)

¶ 7. Put in the Top Foam
¶ 8. Install the Top Cover Glass and Stick the Tape on the Top Cover and Front Door

¶ 9. Packing
Put on the moisture-proof bag and load the device into the bottom shell. (Two people are required to operate the step of loading into the bottom shell at the same time)
Install the air cushion.
Put on the top foam and insert the cardboard back.

Put in the directional foam and then the filament box.
Put on the outer box.
Install the 4 external buckles and lock them.
After installation, it is as shown in the figure below.
