¶ Remove the outer box straps
¶ Remove the 4 box clip fasteners on the bottom
¶ Lift and remove the outer box

¶ Tear off the 4 tapes on the bottom

¶ Take out the supply box
¶ Remove the foam pieces

¶ Tear open the moisture-proof bag
¶ Pull down and wrap the bag around the four corners of the bottom box
¶ Two people lift the printer and place it on a stable surface
¶ Remove the packaging material around the printer

¶ Take down the top cover glass
¶ Take out the accessory box and internal foam

Note: The accessory box is for the Laser version.
¶ Tear off the tape on the front door and remove the protective film.
¶ Unscrew the screws shown to unlock the AMS 2 Pro
¶ Remove the fixtures on the left and right sides
¶ Take out the AMS 2 Pro
¶ Remove the foam pieces
¶ Unscrew the 4 screws on the bottom fixture, then remove the fixture
¶ Remove the 4 heatbed securing screws
¶ Take out the heatbed fixture and protective foam
¶ Remove the protective film inside the chamber
¶ Remove the zip ties near the toolhead
Note: Do not cut the belt!
¶ Pull the toolhead towards the front door and remove all foam inside the chamber
¶ Remove the air pump securing screw on the back of the printer (the non-laser version does not have this screw)
Loosen the screw before slowly taking it out to prevent it from falling inside the printer.
¶ Remove the tape behind the build plate
Note: Tear it from top to bottom.
¶ Install the safety key, connect the power cord, and switch on the printer
¶ Perform the first calibration on the printer via the screen
At this point, the heatbed will rise slowly.
¶ After calibration is complete, remove the foam pieces under the heatbed
¶ Remove the protective film from the AMS 2 Pro
¶ Take out the accessories inside the AMS
¶ Install the top cover glass and place the AMS on top of the printer
¶ Remove the tape inside the AMS
¶ Take out the desiccant packs, remove the packaging, and place them in the slots at the back of the AMS
¶ Insert one end of the PTFE tube into the back of the AMS
Note:
Due to the differences in the length of the tube in different batches and versions of the whole printer configuration, under the premise of ensuring that the loading resistance meets the requirements, appropriately shortening the length of the tube can effectively reduce the printing time.
After testing and verification, the length of the tube from the AMS to the H2S printer is recommended to be no less than 600mm to ensure the best working condition of the equipment.
¶ Insert the other end into the filament inlet on the back of the printer, pushing forward until it cannot move. The tube is fully inserted if it can be seen from the window on the buffer.
¶ Insert the 6-pin cable into any port of the AMS 2 Pro and the other end into the 6-pin port on the printer
¶ Place a spool of filament in the AMS
¶ When the LED light is on, you can start printing
¶ External Spool Holder Installation Steps
¶ Align the slot and slide the spool holder downwards
¶ Insert one end of the PTFE tube into the spool holder, and the other end into the other filament inlet on the printer. Push forward until it cannot move. The tube is fully inserted if it can be seen from the window on the buffer.
¶ Place a spool of filament on the spool holder, and push the filament into the PTFE tube until it cannot move forward
