When creating a new Customer Support Ticket you are required to add the Order ID.
Providing this information when opening the ticket allows our team to process your request faster.
If the printer has been purchased from the Bambu Store, follow this link to get a list of all your orders.
Make sure to select the correct region in the top right corner to display the orders correctly.
If the product has been purchased from an authorized reseller (please follow this link for a complete list) we strongly recommend contacting them for service.
We can provide technical support for troubleshooting issues, but if part replacements are required to be provided under warranty, the authorized reseller is responsible to provide them.
If the product was purchased from a reseller that is not shown in the list above, there is a chance the purchase was made from an unauthorized reseller.
For this situation, we can help with technical support for troubleshooting issues, and help you purchase the replacement parts. We are unable to provide replacement parts under warranty.
