The following lists the problems you may encounter when using Studio to play videos, find the problems you encounter, and try to follow the instructions to solve them.
Failed to search the printer's video tunnel from the Bambu server. The following issues will cause this problem:
On the Windows system, we use Windows Media Player to play video streams from the printer. If it's not available on your PC system, an error dialog will pop up when you start live viewing.
Press OK on this dialog, it will take you to 'Windows Optional Features', you can search and install Windows Media Player there.
Restart BambuStudio after having installed Windows Media Player.
If Windows Media Player has already been installed, but this error continues, there may be some Windows Updates blocking the function of Windows Media Player. Please install Windows Updates and restart the computer, then try again.
To work with Windows Media Player, we have supplied a DirectShow component named 'BambuSource' in the network plugin package.
When failed to load BambuSource, an error dialog will pop up.
The BambuSource needs to be registered to work. The following issues will cause it not to work:
To check what happened, take these steps:

The error dialog also checks these and shows what to do, simply a re-installing of Bambu Studio will solve the problem.
When reinstalling, take notice of antivirus software warnings, and ignore these warnings manually.
Failed to load video streams from the printer. This may be a problem on the printer device side, or it may be a problem with the Windows Media Player.
On the printer side, there may be:
Windows Media Player uses the d3d9 driver for media rendering.
The D3d9 has problems with some video cards on a dual-image card system.
Switching to another video card may fix this problem. You can achieve this by config the image card used by Bambu Studio in the Navdia config panel.
