¶ Effect
The function of the color selection tool is to allow users to easily select multiple objects of corresponding colors on the design canvas and batch set the process type for them.
¶ How to use it
The color selection tool is located at the bottom left of the software:
All the patterns on the canvas, sorted by process type and color, are displayed as color blocks at the bottom left of the software. You can click on a color block to quickly select all of the process-specific patterns on the design canvas.
This tool can be very useful in some scenarios. In the Bambu Suite software, you can set different colors for different process types. After importing the image file into Bambu Suite, the Color selection tool allows you to quickly select all objects of the same color in a process and modify the process for them.
As shown below, the red line on the outer ring of the small tags needs to be laser cut to cut it from the board, and the black rose pattern in the middle only needs to be carved on the surface of the board, using the color selection tool can quickly set the process, without the need to select each pattern in turn to set the process one by one.
