When you connect AMS to the X1 series printer, you find that the LEDs in the slots of AMS are not blinking, and AMS does not respond after inserting the filament. There is no AMS tab on the printer's display screen.
This problem is usually caused by an abnormal connection cable, please narrow down the fault by the following steps
Check whether the Pins of the Bambu Bus 4Pin&6Pin cable (cables connecting AMS—buffer—printer) are open as below:
Disconnect the 4Pin cable from the buffer, turn on the printer, and test the voltage of the 4pin cable.
Then connect the 4Pin cable back to the printer, and disconnect the 6Pin cable from the AMS. Test the voltage of the 6pin cable.
If the voltage measured from the cables are normal but the failure still exists, please check the connection or voltage inside the AMS as below:
