If you are experiencing problems with Bambu Studio such as not starting, hanging, or not being able to watch the camera video, you can export the Bambu Studio logs as described in this article and send them to our after-sales support team, who will analyze them and provide a solution.
NOTE: The easiest way to upload your studio log to a new or an existing support ticket, is to go to Bambulab.com and Sign In to your account, select “Support Tickets” from the user icon in the upper right-hand corner, and either select “+New Ticket” for a new ticket or select “Detail” for an existing ticket.
1. Run Bambu Studio, click the "∨" icon, then click "Help" -- "Show configuration folder", you can see the log folder in the pop-up window.
2. You can see all the log files in the log folder, as shown in the following figure. Just pack all the logs of the corresponding time period and send them to us.
3. If Bambu Studio fails to start for some reason and cannot open the configuration folder as described above, you can enter the path in Explorer: C:\Users\user name\AppData\ BambuStudio\log. Go directly to the logs folder and export them.
1. The steps for Mac OS are similar to those for windows, but with a slightly different interface. Go to "Help" - "Show Configuration Folder" to export the log files. As shown below:
2. You can see all the log files in the log folder, as shown in the following figure. Just pack all the logs of the corresponding time period and send them to us.
3. If for some reason Bambu studio cannot be started, you can access the log folder via the following path in MAC OS: /Users/user.name/Library/Application Support/BambuStudio/log, which is different from the windows system.
When BambuStudio crashes on MAC OS, there is also a crash report auto generated by the system, you can find it (following the guide from View reports in Console on Mac - Apple Support (IN))
