The temperature control of chamber heater 1/2 is abnormal.
HMS_0300-9100-0001-0002: The temperature of chamber heater 1 is abnormal. The heater may have an open circuit or the thermal fuse may have taken effect.
HMS_0300-9200-0001-0002: The temperature of chamber heater 2 is abnormal. The heater may have an open circuit or the thermal fuse may be in effect.
¶ The cause of the error
There are two heaters in the chamber temperature control module. A open circuit of the heater will cause the chamber temperature control module to fail to work properly. This error code indicates an open circuit problem in the heaters.
¶ Solution
Please turn off the power and check for poor contact at the heater connectors. After eliminating the problem, you can power it on again and observe whether the error code still exists.
