The A1 printers use an acceleration sensor to detect the movement of the heatbed in the Y direction. The sensor's signal wire is glued to the bottom bracket of the heatbed. When the sensor signal wire falls off, the signal wire will interfere with the acceleration sensor as it moves with the heatbed, triggering an alarm.
1.Remove the buil plate, and take off the silicone protective cover of the screw hole, exposing the screw hole and unscrew it.
2.Flip the heatbed to expose the bottom structure of the heatbed, and you can see the acceleration sensor. Check whether the sensor signal wire is fixed to the bottom bracket of the heatbed (Red circle in the picture below).
3.If the signal wire falls off, please use glue to fix it, and use it after the glue solidifies.
HMS_0300-1B00-0001-0002: External disturbance was detected on the heatbed acceleeration sensor. The sensor signal wire may not be fixed.
