The temperature of chamber heater 1/2 is too high:
HMS_0300-9100-0001-0003: The temperature of chamber heater 1 is abnormal. The heater is over temperature.
HMS_0300-9200-0001-0003: The temperature of chamber heater 2 is abnormal. The heater is over temperature.
¶ The cause of the error
There are two heaters in the chamber temperature control module. This error will be reported if the temperature of the heaters is too high.
¶ Solution
Turn off the power immediately, and then disconnect the following two connectors(as show below). Then power on again and export the Log to the SD card. Submit the ticket to contact the support team to solve the problem.
