¶ Error message
The temperature sensor of chamber heater 1/2 is abnormal:
HMS_0300-9100-0001-0006: The temperature of chamber heater 1 is abnormal. The sensor may have a short circuit.
HMS_0300-9200-0001-0006: The temperature of chamber heater 2 is abnormal. The sensor may have a short circuit.
¶ The cause of the error
There are two heaters in the chamber temperature control module. They rely on the temperature sensor for closed-loop control. When the temperature sensor is damaged, the heater can not control the temperature. This error indicates that the temperature sensor has a short circuit.
¶ Solution
Please check whether there is a short circuit in the Chamber Heater Unit NTC shown in the following figure. After troubleshooting, you can power it on again and check whether the error code still exists.
If the error still persists, the temperature sensor may be damaged. Please contact the support team for assistance.
