The file system in the SD card is not recognized or not supported. The printer supports FAT32 only.
¶ Troubleshooting
Format the SD card on the printer or PC. The file system must be FAT32.

You can see the "Format" button in the SD card information. The following picture uses an X1 series machine as an example.
