HMS_0500_0200_0002_0002: Failed to login device.
The HMS message is to notify you there is a problem when binding the printer. Normally, it is because:
- the network is not good enough
- the connection to the cloud service is not stable enough
- make the printer closer to the router and optimize network for better network performace
- reboot the printer to make the printer login the cloud
- unbind the user and bind again
