It should not happen on normal printers. There are two possible causes for this issue:
Be sure to power down the printer before you unplug the type-c cable.
Try to restart the printer, trigger the print job multiple times, observe whether the error message has a high probability of occurrence, if only occasionally indicates that it is a software problem, it can be ignored and will not affect the current printing.
If this error message appears frequently, contact the after-sales team to replace the type-cx cable.

After the replacement is complete, turn on the printer and start a print job to see if the message still pops up.
