Binding failure caused by network reasons
If the Error Description or Extra Information indicates connection failures, inability to connect, or similar errors related to connectivity, it is highly likely due to network issues.
- First, check if your network is working properly and if you can connect to the internet normally.
- If there are no issues with the network you are using, please check if the printer's network is functioning properly. You can use the cmd tool to ping your printer IP address.

- If the latency is very high or you cannot ping the printer's IP address, please check your network.

¶ Binding printer failed in lan only mode
- The difference between lan only mode and non lan mode is that it does not access our cloud services.
- If LAN only mode login to the printer fails, please check if your printer and studio are on the same LAN.
