If you forget your PIN code for connecting to a device, please follow the steps below to fix it.
Please check and make sure to use the latest version(V1.1.0) of the mobile APP.
On the mobile APP, go to the page 'Devices' and click 'Forgot PIN code?'. Type in or use the camera scanner to input the SN code of the core board. Please locate the SN code on the label attached to the core board (see the image below).
📌 If the SN code can not be located, please reset to factory settings and reconnect.
