¶ Issue Description
The heatbed temperature displays as 0°C, and the MC board is unable to read the heatbed temperature sensor (NTC) values. The diagram below shows the data link for the heatbed temperature sensor. After being converted through a connector, the heatbed NTC shares a signal line with the heatbed status LED and connects to the MC board interface.
Possible causes of this issue include:
- Loose NTC connector
- Loose connector between MC board and heatbed
- Faulty heatbed, which may include:
- Line 2 is broken
- Line 1 is broken
- The NTC sensor is damaged
¶ Troubleshooting
Safety Notice!
Before performing any maintenance on the printer and its electronics (including toolhead cables), please turn off the printer and disconnect it from power to avoid short circuits and potential damage or safety risks.
When troubleshooting or performing maintenance on the printer, always check the temperature of the hotend and heatbed beforehand. Avoid working while they are still hot. If work must be done under high temperatures, wear heat-resistant gloves to ensure safe and effective maintenance.

Users may adjust the order of these solutions as needed.
¶ Step 1. Check whether the heatbed status LED is also off
- If the status LED is also off, proceed to Step 2 to check for loose connectors on the MC board.
- If the status LED is working normally, go to Step 3 to check for loose NTC adapter connectors.
¶ Step 2. Check for loose connectors on the MC board
- Refer to Replace H2D Heatbed Assembly to remove the printer's back cover.
- Check the connector on the MC board (Connector 4 in the image below). If it is loose, reconnect it.
- If the connection is normal, proceed to Step 3.
¶ Step 3. Check for loose NTC adapter connector
- Refer to Replace H2D Heatbed Assembly to remove the screws connecting the heatbed and Z-axis.
- Remove the bottom cover of the heatbed to expose the heatbed wiring.
- Inspect the NTC adapter connector. If loose, reconnect it.
