During bed leveling, homing, or other similar processes, if the toolhead fails to transmit data for an extended period of time, this will be considered a communication disconnection. This error will affect the homing function and printing.
Possible Causes:
Loose connection between the extrusion force sensor and the TH board (high probability)
Extrusion force sensor failure
Loose connection of the toolhead to the AP board via the Type-C cable
Loose connection between the MC board and the AP board

Important!
Always power off the printer before performing any maintenance work, including work on electronic components or toolhead wiring. Performing such tasks while the printer is powered on may cause a short circuit, which can damage electronic devices and create safety hazards.
During maintenance or troubleshooting, you may need to remove the hotend or other parts, exposing wires and electronic components. If these come into contact with each other, with metal, or with other electronics while the printer is still powered, a short circuit may occur. This can damage the printer’s electronic components and cause other issues.
Therefore, always power off and unplug the printer before performing any maintenance, to prevent short circuits or electronic damage and to ensure the safety and effectiveness of your work. If you have any questions about this guide, pleasesubmit a ticket here, and we will provide assistance promptly.
Steps 1, 2, and 3 are not sequential. Please decide whether to start with Step 1/2 or Step 3 based on whether the hotend temperature is 0°C or not.
Turn off the power, following Step 3 of Replace H2S Nozzle Eddy Sensor, check whether the eddy current coil connector is loose; it is recommended to re-plug the connector.
Refer to Steps 4 and 5 in the eddy current coil replacement tutorial to reinstall the toolhead rear cover and the part cooling fan.
Restart the printer, click “Home” on the screen, and observe whether it succeeds.
If homing succeeds, the issue is resolved.
If not, please submit a support ticket.
Turn off the printer. Refer to the USB-C cable replacement guide to check whether both ends of the USB-C cable connector are loose. Restart the printer, click “Home” on the screen, and check whether it succeeds.
