The Part Cooling Fan has a speed feedback signal. Under normal circumstances, after voltage is applied, the fan will rotate at the corresponding speed, and the printer will check the feedback speed to confirm whether the fan is working properly. If the feedback speed of the cooling fan is lower than the designed speed, this error message will appear.
The possible causes are as follows:
- The fan blades are stuck by something (such as filament) and cannot rotate freely.
- The connector of the Part Cooling Fan is loose.
- The fan is faulty.
¶ Safety Warnings and Machine Status Before Starting Operation
If the fan is on, it may rotate suddenly during cleaning, causing personal injury. Therefore, ensure that the fan has been turned off before proceeding to the next step.
¶ Troubleshooting
¶ Step 1
- Turn off the fan and manually rotate the fan blades to check if they are stuck by anything.
- If they are stuck, clean the fan, then turn on the fan again to see if it returns to normal.

- If Step 1 does not work, check if the connector is loose.
