After the Open Door Detection-Pause printing is enabled, opening the front door or top glass cover during the task will trigger a pause.

Users may adjust the order of these solutions as needed.
¶ Step 1: Check if the front door is open
Check if the front door is normally closed. The front door may not be closed normally or may be opened due to other external forces (such as the impact on the front door caused by the XY motor losing steps).
¶ Step 2: Check if the firmware version is 01.01.02.08 or later
Since versions before 01.01.02.08 may have a firmware bug in the Hall threshold, we recommend that you first upgrade the firmware to 01.01.02.08 or later to eliminate firmware problems.
¶ Step 3: Check if the magnet on the front door has fallen off
If the front door is in normally closed, check if the magnet on the front door has fallen off.
Note:
- Front glass door of non-laser version: 1 magnet
- Front laser safety window of laser version: 2 magnets
