¶ Error Description
The H2D printer is equipped with dual extruders (left and right). The AMS must be properly bound to the corresponding extruder in order to accurately feed the selected AMS filament to the correct print head. If the binding is incorrect, the AMS binding process must be redone.
Note: The upper buffer connector corresponds to the right extruder, while the lower buffer connector corresponds to the left extruder.
On the screen, the AMS-to-extruder mapping must match the physical connection of the buffer system. Mismatched assignments may cause filament loading/unloading failures in AMS operation.
Symptom:
- AMS fails to deliver filament to the extruder.
¶ Troubleshooting

Ensure that the PTFE tubes between the AMS, buffer, and toolhead are correctly connected. After verifying the connections, reinitialize the AMS.
If you have confirmed that the AMS connection is correct (the upper buffer corresponds to the right extruder, and the lower buffer corresponds to the left base) and have successfully completed the AMS initialization, but this error code frequently occurs during printing, please follow the methods provided at the end of the document to contact after-sales technical support for assistance.
