The lens surface of the toolhead camera may become dirty due to dust, grease, or organic vapor, especially after prolonged printing with volatile materials (e.g., ABS) or using the laser module for processing. Residue or particles can easily adhere to the lens surface, reducing image resolution and contrast, thereby affecting the camera's functionality. Regular cleaning of the lens helps maintain image clarity and device performance.

¶ Solutions
Users may adjust the order of these solutions as needed.
¶ Step 1. Ensure the calibration sticker is clean and in good condition
¶ Step 2. Clean the camera lens

Lower the heatbed to a convenient position for operation.

Turn off the printer power.

Dip a cotton swab or microfiber cloth in alcohol and gently wipe the camera lens.
¶ Step 3. Restart the printer and check if the warning disappears
Turn on the printer, initiate a printing task, and verify if the warning message is resolved.
¶ Step 4. If repeated cleaning is ineffective, replace the Toolhead Camera
