High-precision offset calibration: Select two filaments, print a calibration model on the build plate, then use the toolhead camera to capture images and identify the offset between the actual and theoretical lengths of the lines in the X/Y directions to complete the offset calibration. If the calibration model has poor print quality or the camera is malfunctioning, the calibration may fail.
Possible causes of high-precision nozzle offset calibration failure:
Poor print quality of the calibration model, e.g., the top calibration lines are missing or not straight. (High probability)
The colors of the two filaments used for calibration are too similar, resulting in insufficient contrast. (High probability)
The top chamber LED of the printer are not turned on, as some image captures rely on these lights. Manually turning off the LED may also cause recognition failure.
The toolhead camera is installed at an angle.
The toolhead camera is faulty or the lens is dirty.

Users may adjust the order of these solutions as needed.
Check the quality of the printed calibration model. A good calibration model should have:
Clear color contrast.
Uniform thickness and straightness of the top calibration lines.
If the color contrast is insufficient, remove the existing calibration print and re-calibrate using filaments with more distinct colors.
If the print quality is poor:
Remove the existing calibration print.
If the build plate is dirty or uneven, clean and re-level it.
If the nozzle is clogged or leaking, causing uneven calibration lines, clean or replace the nozzle.
Do not manually turn off the top chamber LED during calibration.
If the toolhead camera lens is dirty, clean it with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.
If the toolhead camera is visibly tilted, refer to the Wiki Replace H2D Toolhead Camera to reinstall the camera.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, submit a ticket and upload the log files.
You may also refer to the Wiki Replace H2D Toolhead Camera to replace the toolhead camera yourself.
