¶ Fault Description
The AC Board supplies alternating current (AC) to the heatbed and chamber temperature modules for heating. When a mismatch between the power supply voltage and the machine is detected, the machine will disable the operation of the heatbed and chamber temperature modules.

Users may adjust the order of the troubleshooting steps as needed.
¶ Step 1. Check the Printer Model Version
Check the model label next to the power interface on the back of the printer to confirm the input voltage is 220V or 110V.
¶ Step 2. If the Required Input Voltage of the Machine Matches the Local Power Grid, Replace the AC Board
Refer to the Wiki (AC Board Replacement Guide for H2 Series) to replace the AC Board.
¶ Step 3. If the Required Input Voltage of the Machine Does Not Match the Local Power Grid
Please stop using the device immediately, or use a power adapter to convert the local power supply to the voltage required by the device before use.
