The communication between the printer and the laser module is disconnected, and the main cause of the fault is connector damage.

Users can adjust the order of each troubleshooting measure as appropriate.
¶ Step 1. Check the Laser Module Power Cable and Reconnect the Connector Plug
- Check if the laser module power cable is broken. If yes, replace the laser module.
- Reconnect the laser module power cable plug and restart the task. If the error still occurs, proceed to Step 2.
¶ Step 2. Check the Connector Plug and Socket
- Disconnect the connection between the laser module and the toolhead.
- Check the pins of the laser module power plug and the power socket of the toolhead external module:
- If there is dirt, use tweezers to remove the foreign matter.
- If the power cable plug is damaged, replace the laser module.
- If the connector hole of the toolhead external module is damaged, refer to the Wiki (H2D TH Board Replacement Guide) to replace the TH board.
