¶ Fault Description
In laser or die-cutting tasks, the Bird's Eye Camera is used for intelligent detection and recognition functions in laser & die-cutting scenarios. If the printer fails to detect the Bird's Eye Camera, an alarm will be triggered.
Possible Causes:
- Loose connection of the Bird's Eye Camera
- Malfunction of the Bird's Eye Camera

- H1.5 hexagon wrench or tweezers
- H2.0 hexagon wrench - Required only when replacing the Bird's Eye Camera connection cable
¶ Troubleshooting Measures
Users can adjust the order of troubleshooting measures as appropriate.
- Refer to the Wiki to check if the connection cable between the Bird's Eye Camera and the AP Board is loose. You can re-plug the connection cable and then restart the printer.

- If the HMS alarm is not cleared, the Bird's Eye Camera may be abnormal. Provide the log and contact after-sales service for further confirmation.
