When the extrusion force sensor stops updating its feedback data for a certain period, the system considers the sensor signal abnormal. This error prevents the printer from starting a print.
Steps 1, 2, and 3 are not sequential. Please decide whether to start with Step 1/2 or Step 3 based on whether the hotend temperature is 0°C or not.
Turn off the power,following Step 3 of Replace H2S Nozzle Eddy Sensor, check whether the eddy current coil connector is loose; it is recommended to re-plug the connector.
Refer to Steps 4 and 5 in the eddy current coil replacement tutorial to reinstall the toolhead rear cover and the auxiliary part cooling fan.
Restart the printer, click “Home” on the screen, and observe whether it succeeds.
If homing succeeds, the issue is resolved.
If not, please submit a support ticket.
Turn off the printer. Refer to the USB-C cable replacement guide to check whether both ends of the USB-C cable connector are loose. Restart the printer, click “Home” on the screen, and check whether it succeeds.

If troubleshooting according to Step 3 does not resolve the issue, turn off the printer. Refer to the instructions for replacing the MC-AP cable to check if the connectors at both ends are loose. Restart the printer and click "Homing" on the screen to see if it succeeds. If the homing is successful, the issue is resolved; if not, please submit a support ticket to contact after-sales support.
