¶ Issue Description
When the extrusion force sensor stops updating its feedback data for a certain period, the system considers the sensor signal abnormal. This error prevents the printer from starting a print.
¶ Possible Causes
- Loose connection of the extrusion force sensor
- Damaged extrusion force sensor
- Faulty TH board
- Loose Type-C cable between MC and AP
- Loose signal cable connector between AP and MC

Steps 1, 2, and 3 are not sequential. Please decide whether to start with Step 1/2 or Step 3 based on whether the hotend temperature is 0°C or not.
¶ Step 1. If the hotend temperature is not 0°C, check whether the eddy current coil connector is loose
Turn off the power，following Step 3 of Replace H2S Nozzle Eddy Sensor, check whether the eddy current coil connector is loose; it is recommended to re-plug the connector.
¶ How to unplug
- Pinch the base of the connector and pull vertically away from the PCB
board to disconnect the eddy current coil connector.
¶ How to plug
- Connect the fan cable. With the socket side of the connector facing the TH board’s receptacle (the solder-pad side of the connector facing the back of the chassis), align and press the connector down. Tuck the excess cable length under the TH board, then reapply the Kapton tape.
¶ Step 2: After restarting the printer, click “Home” on the screen and check whether it succeeds
Refer to Steps 4 and 5 in the eddy current coil replacement tutorial to reinstall the toolhead rear cover and the auxiliary part cooling fan.
Restart the printer, click “Home” on the screen, and observe whether it succeeds.

If homing succeeds, the issue is resolved.

If not, please submit a support ticket.
¶ Step 3: If the hotend temperature is 0°C, check whether the USB-C cable connector is loose
Turn off the printer. Refer to the USB-C cable replacement guide to check whether both ends of the USB-C cable connector are loose. Restart the printer, click “Home” on the screen, and check whether it succeeds.

If homing succeeds, the issue is resolved.

¶ Step 4: If the hotend temperature is 0°C, check whether the MC-AP cable connector is loose
If troubleshooting according to Step 3 does not resolve the issue, turn off the printer. Refer to the instructions for replacing the MC-AP cable to check if the connectors at both ends are loose. Restart the printer and click "Homing" on the screen to see if it succeeds. If the homing is successful, the issue is resolved; if not, please submit a support ticket to contact after-sales support.
