The auxiliary part cooling fan provides a speed feedback signal. Normally, when voltage is applied, the fan rotates at the expected speed, and the printer monitors this feedback to confirm proper operation.
If the feedback speed is lower than the designed speed, the printer will generate this error.
Possible Causes:
The fan blade is stuck by something (such as a filament) and cannot rotate freely
The auxiliary part cooling fan connector is loose
Fan is faulty
The fan may spin suddenly while cleaning, which could cause injury. Ensure the fan is turned off before performing any further steps.
Turn off the fan and manually rotate the fan blades to check for any blockage. If an obstruction is found, remove it promptly.
If Step 1 does not resolve the issue, inspect the fan connector for looseness. Follow the guide:Replace H2S Part Cooling Fan to disconnect and reconnect the part cooling fan connector.
After reconnecting, try turning on the fan again.
If the fan still does not work after Step 2, the part cooling fan may be damaged. Follow the guide:Replace H2S Part Cooling Fan to replace it.
If the above steps do not resolve your issue, please submit a ticket and upload your printer logs
