In the eventuality that you have a print failure, the machine is able to export the log files of the print which you can send to our support team in other for them to help you and get a better understanding of what happened. This guide will show you how to export the log files if needed.
NOTE: The easiest way to upload your printer log to a new or an existing support ticket, is to go to Bambulab.com and Sign In to your account, select “Support Tickets” from the user icon in the upper right-hand corner, and either select “+New Ticket” for a new ticket or select “Detail” for an existing ticket and then click “Add more descriptions or files” and select your log.
