Possible reasons:
Operators may use discretion in determining the actual procedures used, and the order in which these steps are applied.
Click “Retry” or reboot the printer. If ineffective, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
Step 1. Check if the wrong color or incompatible materials were selected in the print file/slice file.
Ensure that the color in AMS matches the UI display of the AMS printer, and confirm the color/material settings are correct when sending the print. Please refer to this Wiki for setting up multicolor printing.
Step 2. Investigate any issues with the slicing software.
Please upgrade to the latest version of Studio. If you are already using the latest version of Studio, try uninstalling and reinstalling it.
Step 3. Check for damage to the SD card.
If you are printing from a file on the SD card, it's possible that an issue with the SD card is causing the machine to read the material color data incorrectly. Try using other file transfer methods, or replace the SD card.
If the issue persists after troubleshooting, please submit a customer support ticket.
