Due to the brittleness of PPS/PPA-CF filament, using the right hotend for printing may result in filament breakage during retraction because of bending in the PTFE tube.
As illustrated in the images below, when the tool head homing, it may come into contact with the right limit stopper. At this point, the PTFE tube experiences significant bending, particularly with the right hotend, where the bending is more pronounced, increasing the likelihood of filament breakage inside the tube.
Therefore, it is recommended to print such materials using the left hotend.
Currently, due to a combination of various factors, there is a higher risk of clogging when extruding TPU with the left hotend. Therefore, it is currently recommended to use only the right hotend for printing TPU.
