¶ Issue Description
As shown in the figure below, a Hall sensor is installed near the top and bottom of the printer's right side window. These sensors work together with magnets on the right window to detect whether the side window is correctly installed. The Hall sensors are connected to the MC board via wiring. If the Hall sensor signal is lost, an alarm will be triggered.
The possible causes of this fault include:
- The Hall sensor wiring is loose at the Hall board;
- The Hall sensor wiring is loose at the MC board;
- The wiring is broken or the sensor is faulty.

Users may adjust the order of these solutions as needed.
¶ Step 1. Check the connector at the MC board
Refer to the Wiki to remove the printer's back panel and reseat the connectors on the MC board.

After reconnecting, power on the printer. If the alarm persists, proceed to the next steps.
¶ Step 2. Remove the right side panel
Refer to the Wiki to remove the printer's right side panel.
Note: Removing and installing the side panel requires some force. Please operate carefully to prevent the Hall sensor wiring from being broken.
¶ Step 3. Check the Hall sensor connections and reseat the connectors

¶ Step 4. Power on and check
If the alarm disappears, troubleshooting is successful.
If the alarm persists, the wiring may be broken or the sensor may be faulty. Please contact customer support for further assistance.

Refer to the Wiki to reinstall the right side panel.
