¶ Issue Description
The adaptive airflow system consists of the active chamber exhaust, filter switch flap, automatic top vent, and air duct. When the vents that make up the air duct system do not move in place or maintain normally, the adaptive air duct system cannot successfully switch to the corresponding air duct mode. This fault code means that the adaptive air duct system cannot successfully enter the cooling mode, and the fault needs to be eliminated in combination with the specific vents with abnormal movement.

¶ Fault Isolation Process
In cooling mode, the opening and closing of the active chamber exhaust and the automatic top vent are related to the opening and closing of the chamber exhaust fan, while the filter flap will remain open.

When the chamber exhaust fan is turned on, the active chamber exhaust and the automatic top vent are opened;

When the chamber exhaust fan is turned off, the automatic chamber exhaust and the automatic top vent are closed;

The filter switch flap is always open;
Therefore, when you encounter this error, please first check whether it is an abnormal vent to narrow the scope of the fault.

When an error occurs, please first check which vent is faulty, causing the abnormality.
¶ 1. Active chamber exhaust failure

The active chamber exhaust is installed on the right inner lining of the printer with the chamber exhaust fan mounted on its inner side. When the chamber exhaust is open, it allows the air inside the printer chamber to be vented out, while closing it provides a sealed environment for the printer. A total of 7 active chamber exhausts are installed on the printer.

The automatic top vent is installed on the upper frame of the printer and controls the closing of the vent through a motor.

¶ 3. Filter switch flap failure

The filter switch flap is installed on the inside of the right liner of the printer (the side close to the printer chamber) to controls whether air circulates through the filter.
